booking & card on file

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with bare., you authorize us to keep a card on file and charge it in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies if applicable. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

cancellation policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows our team to offer your reserved time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

no-show policy

A “no-show” is any appointment missed without prior notice. To respect the time of our providers and other clients, all no-show appointments will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in limited future scheduling availability or a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

late arrival policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for most appointments. Appointments that are scheduled for 15 minutes in length (such as certain follow-up visits) do not have a grace period and must begin on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a standard appointment, your service may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. Full service fees may still apply. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the $100 fee.

parking

We have a parking lot available for our clients; however, it is shared with neighboring businesses and availability may vary. We kindly ask that you allow additional time prior to your appointment to find parking so you can arrive relaxed and on time for your service. Difficulty finding parking does not extend the late arrival grace period.

payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services; however, approval is determined by your card provider. While many transactions process successfully, we cannot guarantee coverage or approval. Clients are responsible for any declined transactions.

We also offer financing through Cherry for qualifying clients.

health & safety / medical history

Your safety is our top priority. To ensure treatments are safe and effective, clients are required to provide accurate and complete information about their medical history prior to any appointment. This includes current medications, allergies, past or present medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any recent cosmetic procedures or treatments. Bare. providers reserve the right to modify or decline services if a treatment is deemed unsafe based on your health information. Failure to disclose relevant medical details may result in denied service or increased risk of adverse reactions.

age & consent policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any treatments at bare. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian may be present for certain services, such as facials and waxing. Treatments such as injectables, PRF, and medical weight loss are strictly for clients 18 and older and cannot be performed on minors under any circumstances. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet the age requirements or have obtained the necessary guardian consent.

referral & social rewards

Referral Program:
When you refer a friend to bare., you will receive a $50 credit and your friend will receive a $25 credit applied to your accounts.

Social Rewards:
Share your bare. experience on social media and tag us. Once verified, you’ll receive a $50 credit applied to your account.

Credits can be used toward any services or products at bare. and are applied to your account after verification.
