cancellation policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows our team to offer your reserved time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
no-show policy
A “no-show” is any appointment missed without prior notice. To respect the time of our providers and clients, all no-show appointments will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in limited future scheduling availability.
